Our pieces are designed to last a lifetime but they will need a little love from time to time. We suggest cleaning surfaces with warm soapy water. Over time your piece will age with beauty as our products are made from natural stone.
Care and Maintenance Tips
+ Clean up any spills right away.
+ Wipe down acidic substances like wine, coffee, fruit juice, and sauce immediately with a soft, dry cloth. You must be especially careful to clean up quickly since acids can etch or dull the stone.
+ Wipe after every use with a clean, damp cloth. A very small amount of natural dishwashing liquid may be used if necessary.
+ Avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.
+ Use placemats under hot items and coasters under beverages to prevent marks and stains.

When contacting the studio with a report of broken goods, please send a photo of the condition the piece arrived in, in its packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier so that we have it for insurance purposes. Insurance claims must be submitted within 48 hours therefore we may have to decline should you fail to inform us in time.
